The Professional Ethics course is a 211 Minute (3:30 Total Clock Hours) in class onsite Professional Ethics Training Location 2325 Porter Road in Katy Texas - The Learning Objectives are the material taught during the course of the training. Written Materials will be provided to all attendees. 

Three 10 Minute breaks or registration between sessions it is expressly understood that the breaks do NOT count for any or all in class time.

  • The Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct

  • Model Rules adopted by the American Bar Association and the rules of other jurisdictions outside Texas may be informative for purposes of comparison and, in some instances, possible guidance

  • List of complaints clients have about attorneys

  • Disciplinary Agencies

 

  • Disciplinary Processes; the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct

Multi-Cultural Ethics Model Standards of Practice for
Family and Divorce Mediation Ethics

Learning Objectives:
